Your use of this website indicates your agreement to and acceptance of our company’s Terms and Conditions.
Cooling-off period (14 days)
You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date you received delivery of your ordered item.
To cancel your order and arrange for return of the unwanted item to us please contact our Sales Team at [email protected] or by telephone (01) 401 9100.
On your confirming that you will return the unwanted item to us within 14 days of the day you cancelled we will issue to you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (“RMA No.”) to facilitate your refund.
Please ensure that the item is returned to us within the said 14 days in an unused and saleable condition, with its original packaging, together with all components, accessories or any promotional extras provided free of charge or as part of a deal/special offer, quoting your RMA No. in order to facilitate issue thereafter of refund of the price you paid for the item and any delivery charge you paid to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or we delivered the item to you in error.
If we do not receive the item back from you within 14 days of the day you cancelled we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the costs of collection to you.

Deliveries are taking longer then in normal times, we are working on a 3 working day delivery time if the item is in stock.
Please note that not all liquids and paints can be dispatched via our parcel service.
At the present time delivery is not available to England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Product availability
All items are subject to availability.
If an item that you order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail within 24 hours, we will continue to process any remaining items on your order.
We may decline your order for one of the following reasons:-
Prices
All items on our website are priced in €/Euro currency.
All items are liable to V.A.T. at a current rate of 21%.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to our prices due to any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties , or an error or omission in respect of the price of the item on our website.
Quality of Timber
Strahan Timber make every effort to supply quality products.
Timber (Hardwoods & Softwoods) is a natural product and therefore you will get inconsistency in colour, grain & texture. Every effort is made to supply timber to the highest standard but we cannot guarantee uniformity.
